  • Our bobbleheads are meticulously crafted using 100% Polyresin material, a resin compound commonly employed for statues, figurines, and decorative furniture. This material offers the flexibility to be painted in any color of your preference, with the added advantage of easy color tone adjustments during the painting design phase.

  • In contrast, many other companies utilize Polymer Clay, a less expensive and lower-quality sculpting material. Not only does Polymer Clay come with a predetermined color and texture akin to children's play-dough, but careful consideration of their coloring and finishing disclaimers reveals a significant limitation. Once the sculpting process begins with a specific color, altering the final color tone becomes nearly impossible – whether it be for skin or any other color changes. Additionally, similar to the imprints left in children's play-dough, the fingerprints of the sculptor are evident throughout the finished product, a detail explicitly mentioned in our competitors' disclaimers.     • It's important to be aware that all our products come fully insured against any damages that may occur during transit by the delivery carrier. If you encounter any issues, simply reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the package, attaching corresponding pictures of the damaged and/or incorrect product(s). • 8. DESIGN PROCESS WHAT TO EXPECT DESIGN & PROOFING PROCESS TIMELINE

  • • The Standard design process typically spans from 4 to 6 weeks, with an additional week allocated for delivery. It's essential to note that this is an estimated timeline, as the number of revision requests during the proofing stages can impact the duration of the design process. The provided estimate assumes only one revision request throughout the entire process, applicable to both Standard and Rush orders.     • Our commitment to customer satisfaction drives our belief in involving customers in every step of the process, fostering a collaborative effort between you and our design team. We operate with three professional design teams globally, based in Europe, Asia, and South America. Depending on your chosen pre-made design, a specific team will be assigned to your order. Communication, including photograph submission, personalization coordination, and proofing phases, is conducted exclusively via email.

    • The process commences approximately 2 to 3 business days after receiving and approving all detail photographs, with the design process officially initiated and communicated to you. Upon completion of the first set of proofs, we will contact you via email, providing detailed shots of the work in progress for your review and comments. Initial proofs typically depict the raw form of the head(s), usually wax/clay-sculpted. Your written review and approval are essential before advancing to the next stage of the process, with up to 8 business days allowed between revisions. It's crucial to carefully review facial characteristics during this stage.

    • All revisions are complimentary and can be requested until you are fully satisfied. Once proofs are approved, any modifications during the subsequent template molding, baking, and painting stages necessitate restarting the sculpting and painting processes, incurring a $25 charge per bobblehead. As reiterated, the more revisions during the proofing stages, the longer the design process.

    • When evaluating head proofs, consider that the nature of a bobblehead involves exaggerated features, deviating from the proportional representation found in figurines or busts. The exaggerated yet obvious likeness is inherent to the cartoonish nature of bobbleheads. For those seeking a photographic replica, this may not align with expectations.

    • Custom body design and proofing mirror the head(s) process. Upon completion, detailed shots of the work in progress are shared for your review, comments, and approval. Once both the head(s) and body(ies) are fully reviewed and approved, we cast the resin in the mold and complete the sculpture's final color proofing. Upon receiving your full satisfaction and written approval, we proceed to ship your order.

  • 9. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Order Cancellation, Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

    • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations, partial or full refunds, and/or store credit requests once the design process has commenced or if 24 hours have elapsed since the order placement.

    • Upon placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the minimum required personalization information and photographs. Failure to respond to initial order confirmation and follow-up emails will not be considered grounds for cancellation, partial or full refunds, and/or store credits.

    • During the initial design phase, clay proofs will be presented for your review and feedback. Your written approval at this stage signifies your satisfaction with sculpted facial and body characteristics. No changes to these approved clay proofs will be made during the subsequent hardening and coloring phase. Any dissatisfaction with color proofs that do not exactly resemble provided photographs will not be accepted as a reason for cancellation, refund, or store credit. The features on color proofs align with the clay proofs previously approved in writing.

    • We retain the right to refuse or cancel an order for various reasons, including failure to provide necessary personalization information, reluctance to purchase required add-ons or props, unwillingness to upgrade to a Rush Order if needed, lack of clear communication, disrespectful language, continuous negative feedback, limitations on quantities available, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

    • Please be aware that our order confirmation does not signify acceptance or confirmation of our offer to sell or work on your design. At any point after receiving your order, we may accept, decline, or place limits on your order for any reason, based on factors such as quantity or other considerations.

    • All our products are insured against damages during transit. In the event of damage or incorrect design upon receipt, notify us within 24 hours, providing corresponding pictures. We will initiate a two-week duplication design process, offering a prepaid shipping label for the return of damaged or incorrect products to our Design Studio.
